1. Service Description

TypeVolt is a browser-based typing speed test and practice tool. All typing tests, results, and progress tracking happen entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. No typing data is uploaded to any server.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using TypeVolt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

TypeVolt offers a free tier (unlimited word and quote tests, 1 code test/day) and a Pro tier (unlimited everything, all durations, full analytics, no ads). Pro costs $5/month per app or $15/month for Crate Pass (all apps). You can cancel anytime.

For refund requests, email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

4. Privacy & Data Processing

All typing test processing is done client-side in your browser. Your typed text, WPM scores, and progress data are stored in localStorage on your device and never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TypeVolt to engage in any illegal activity, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service, or circumvent usage limits through technical means.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TypeVolt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frequency AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TypeVolt.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of TypeVolt after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
